how to fix cdab-1 digital tuner?

The above model has been stuck on the"welcome to digital radio",screen every time I turn it on, for over a year now. I've tried unplugging it, turning it on and off,there doesn't seem to be a reset option.Any Suggestions?

Have you plugged in an aerial and have you commanded it to tune into DAB stations?

Turning off the power and turning it back on again is very much a reset activity.
