im in new zealand with no renault dealership in sight my mums 2004 renault scenic megane the dash has gone compleatly blank have no clue what to do

There are several reports on here of failed dashboards on Renault Scenic and Megane vehicles.

It seems to be a quality problem - either poor joints or a component not properly selected for the job it has to do.

You may do best to call the nearest dealership to discuss your realistic options - you will not be the first person to have this problem in NZ - they will know about it.
