Lowering the feed dogs on a Fantasy 977?

I have lost the manual for my Frister+Rossmann Fantasy 977 machine. I have recently started quilting and need to lower the feed dogs to do free motion quilting.
I can't see any obvious way to do this.
Can someone help?
