Asko W6011 front-loader?

Our machine does not progress beyond cycle #6 automatically, we have to turn the switch manually to 'spin' cycle.
Any suggestions..??

Most machines have an anti-crease feature that holds things in suspension before spinning. Some washing programmes use this and others do not .

What you experience is a feature not a fault - the user guide will probably explain it.
