Depending on the age of your fridge, your insulation inside your wall may be saged with water. Thi water will freeze causing the ice to radiate through your cromadeck wall.

Modern fridges have an auto defrost feature to stop this happening - yours is clearly defective.

Your options are:
Live with it and do nothing
Defrost manually
Send for a fridge doctor
Buy a new fridge

Do not be tempted to chip away at the ice block - you can very easily puncture the cooling pipes.
