I cannot fill my bobbin with cotton !
I have disengaged the stop motion screw on the balance wheel.
I have matched up the bobbin with the notch on the bobbin spindle
After engageing the bobbin winder latch the bobbin does not move when I press the tredle or move the balance wheel
Can anyone help it takes me 5 minutes to wind a bobbin by hand
