zanussi fridge freezer is the model of the fridge and the problem is the fridge, as it has gone off and it needs resetting as the temperature isn't right, and inside of the fridge it doesn't meet a cool point therefore i cant use it. Don't know how to change back to normal as i press the buttons and leave it for a few hours to see if anything has changed and it hasn't. Please could anyone see whether they know how to fix it or knows someone who can!
