Dishwasher 3 yrs old., not working.

Complete was flashing 7 times. Have tried resetting pressing heated dry and normal wash. Only normal wash lights up and blue bars in display panel.

Also reset breaker. No change.

Any suggestions that might fix this would be appreciated.
