I have changed the 2 batteries. The second hand turns, it chimes if the hand is moved to 12, the pendulum swings. The hands just will not move. What to do? What are the pieces needed with the hands to move on the center piece incase I missed putting one back when I tried to fix it in the first place? Thank you.
