How do I set time on Seiko sn. 672064?

Seiko Quartz, 4 faces, a 24 hr., face naming day(SUN, MON, etc), face for date (1.3.5.7.9 thru 29.) top of dial looks like moon and stars.
The 3 faces seem to be working, have NOT been able to set time.
Thanks for your help in advance.

Oddly enough, in the manual.

If you don't have a manual you should be able to get one online from Seiko.
