How do i reset the clock?

Cannon Cambridge Double Oven
Had a power cut a while ago and now the clock just flashes on zeros and the ovens don't work. How do I reset the clock please?

On my oven - if the clock's flashing - I do this...

Press and hold in buttons 2 & 3 from the left
Then use the Plus & Minus buttons to set the time
Any time will do - the clock knows no better.
