I need a manual with coal layout plan for my open front hearth type Kohlangaz KSN Gas Fire installed around 1993.

I already tried the Kohlangaz website and also their phone number, but neither were any help. They only have information going back 9 years on the Kohlangaz fires!
I also exhausted Google search with this Howtomendit.com website being the main featured links available in response to my serches.
