beko washing machine door won't open?

it is only 2 weeks old door want open i have check the pump and is clear i put it on spin and drain and still no joy it goes back to ready

I know its not much of an answer for a two week old machine, but I opened my 8 year old beko door by prising it with a large screwdriver after that it re-programmed itself to open normally
