hi i have a accenta 6 alarm and the power light is flashing any idea how i can fix this please keypad does not work properly thanks

You have no mains power to your shitty low end panel the keypad not working properly says it all. Check the fuse in the spur unit (small white box near control panel) also check you consumer unit make sure nothing has tripped.
