How can I stop my Drayton digistat+2RF from staying on? ?

I have just moved into a new home and my heating keeps coming on when it is not programmed to. It comes on at 1am etc. I have a Drayton digistat+2RF and a Worcester Bosch boiler in the loft. I've had a heating engineer out who says the boiler is working fine and I paid for him to reprogram my digitstat. Then the same night it came on as before. Electrician has been and done the same and that hasn't worked. 3 family members have also reprogrammed it and it's still coming on. Help!

It is possible the divertor valve is "passing"
Ie whenever hot water is drawn radiators heat up
(Also when preheat kicks in)
Can test for passing by running hot water (with heating off)
And feeling if heating flow pipe on boiler warms up rapidly
If unsure how to do this check on youtube

Some boiler installations have a Frost Stat - often in a cold place like a garage - intended to come on at about 4 degrees C - to stop any chance of the pipes freezing if you're on holiday for instance. Has it been cold at night?

I am not a boiler engineer - I just guess - much the same as boiler engineers.

Try changing the channel No this is accessed inside the receiver and the thermostat there is a strip of small switches just change 2 randomly so both units are the same
