Hi - this is not heating properly and so not cleaning properly.

Is it typically the thermo sensor or the heating element?

anyone know of place to get good spare parts and how to sort this problem out ourselves - Ive been quoted 180 to fix and reading comments on here about similar models it only takes 15 mins!?

Dishwasher has detected that water has not been heated in allotted time

Check heating element
Check operation of thermostats
Check wiring
Water heating element defective
Check electronic controller

All reasonably easy for someone COMPETENT to do.
