Sigma cr 2000?

I wiped over my sigma cr 2000 gently to clean it and now it is silent and the draw will not open. Please could you tell me how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

If you used a wet cloth, you probably got water in the keyboard or circuit board. It will need to be dismantled and cleaned as soon as possible. It will corrode quickly.
