How to fix EE-99 in Uniwell NX-5400?

Hello
the machine had been in the box for 7 years and now it has EE-99.
in the Manual it says that I have to perform RAM test and auto preset to fix EE-99 but it doesn't say how.

Pls help me.

If it's been in box for 7 years, the battery will be stuffed and all program lost. Since dealer setup needs doing too, best to take it in for a service and have the battery replaced.
