I have moved into a flat am dissabled carnt get heating on unit flashing F1?

Heating was working yesterday but now it's it I'm in great places flat as of 15-12-16, done what it says to do but still flashing F1
Can you advise please ?
My unit is a Glow worm,Flexicom 24cx
