Tesco Hudl2 Windows 7. up dated many moons ago from kit kat to lollypop. hotmail email address don't know internet server son deals with that.
Email fine up to last week now when trying to save mail to a folder the screen is a ghost page all folders but can't carry out any moving to folder/s. Tried several times to save / move but ends up freezing and have to exit and sign back in to email address/account.Why?
Currently all mails remain in junk or inbox repeating any attempt to move is floored by page ghosting and selections freezing.

Hello folks thought I tell you in case others have same problem.
There were too many SAVED emails one had over 200 as I started sorting that one,which I kept putting off, reducing substantially 'Move to' is back working. I am sorting to save to disc those I need to keep.
