Expel air 100T 12v?

I need to change my bathroom lights(LEDs allredy in 3.4wx8 bulbs with anew 12w fan onto a driver 40w is this easy enough to do.the fan is a Expelair 100T.Will I take every thing of the mains and just fit the driver and new fan to existing cables. Thank you,
