Sharp cash register XE-A102 frozen keyboard?
The only key that works is the paper roll arrow button, everything else is frozen. The cash register beeped once the last time it worked and the display illuminates but thats all. I read somewhere to remove the keyboard cover and clean the plates but I cannot find out how to remove this. Can you help please.
