Ideal icons boiler display panel?

Hi
I have an 8 year old ideal icons he24 conventional boiler.
I have come to light it but the display panel shows Dash with a dot below it.
There are no other letters displayed

You havent stated if the boiler still fires up to give heating & hot water

Could be pcb
Could be user control panel
Or could be both
