Garage Electrics?

I plan to refurbish the existing electrics in my garage. The buried cable is from bungalow CU 15amp wire fuse I may change this to a 30amp subject to advice given.

The garages existing is 13amp ring (5 sockets) with 3 strip lights fed from a CU RCD from wickes.
I want to tidy up the wiring by running a single 2.5 cable for the sockets drops to the sockets via JB. I have enough cable to do it that way rather than a ring circuit as the most at one time on 'Tools' circuit will be the Table saw at 6.5amps (1500w) of course no tools will be run at same time so power wouldn't reach the max 13amps.
The lighting 3 strip lights.
The two freezers in the garage will have their own fuse RCD.in CU so if a tool knocks out power on that circuit it won't effect the freezers. Would it be considered necessary for low usage at any time to run sockets as ring
Many thanks
