Ford 6000cd bluetooth phone connection won't work?

I tried the push on/off button 10-15 seconds and after screen went black it came back on but still no joy. Tried it while in phone mode as well. Is there a voice command I can use?
My Sam gal s5 is fine.

Found out (by accident) that the bluetooth on radio was switched off.
All well no.
