I have error code E2 on my smeg dc122ss dishwasher. There was foamy water in the bottom but I have drained it using a sponge. It still shows the error . On the 2nd row of leds, it shows the 3rd Led flashing and the larger arrow light flashing when I press the button again. Any thoughts please. Thanks

No model number = No help. Nobody can answer if they don't have a clue what you are asking about. Different models have different error messages.
