Not drain filter pipe etc all clear. Can blow in outlet pipe bubbles Murky if water in, but dont know how to access pump tio clear or replace not a bottom as per only general info can find.

you can access the impellor of the pump as follows, you will probably find a piece of glass, bone,or similars is jamming the impellor..
Look inside the machine, remove the filters, mop out the water remove the small white plastic piece on the left which has 1 screw (t20 torx head) you will then see the impellor, check it moves freely. if not this, you may need to replace pump. Come back for instructions to replace will run through it for you
