i have 9.5kg LG ?

I have a 9.5kg washing machine purchased 24/12/2017 which stops mid cycle with OE displayed what can I check before contacting the suppliers?

OE = Output error. In basic terms not draining. If there is water in bowl, put machine on final spin & start. Water should pump out of drain hose. If not then either a blockage in the hose from the tub down to the drain pump, a blockage inside the pump or pump is faulty.
