How do I reset and/or fix? Clock does chime every hour and on most 1/4 hour, but I haven't actually been able to narrow down the 1/4 hours that are missed. My clock is a Daniel Dakota Quart with pendulum. There is selector for type of chime (sound) that can be played; a selector for no PM sound, if desired; a volume control; and a dial to set time. I have no owner's manual and would also be interested in where and how to obtain instructions.
