I broke off the knob of the input control of my Dimplex XL N storage heater because it became very stiff to turn, couldn't get it down below 4 (I'm sure it hadn't slipped on shaft). I never use the output control, could swap that knob over, but that won't fix the stiffness. Can anything be done about this?
