How can I fix the pendulum movement on my Seiko wallclock?

The pendulum stopped moving on my Seiko Wall Clock, that also played dual chimes (Westminster/Whittington)b . Everything else seems to be working fine.
It has a Reference #QXH110BLH KKSE.
