Marantz SR7200 turns off onto standny?

I think that the speaker wires have touched together and put my amp in protect mode .i press to turn on and it lights up for 2 seconds and then clicks off back to standby. Is there a solution that i can do?

Have you tried running the the amp in 2 channel stereo mode rather than 5.1? Try this and let us know the result and we can go from there.
