I have a fan oven and want to get at the rear element but am unable to remove the back protective plate. What’s stopping me are the four screws: round and coin shaped with what looks like a flat head slot. There is a small round sunken dot in the middle that prevents a screwdriver sitting well.
Any clue what kind of screw these are and what tool to use on them?
