How to factory reset a Beko WTG841B1W?
Hello my Beko washing machine needs to be reset. No matter what program I select it only turns the drum for a couple of seconds then stops for a while & does the same again a few times then program ends..the minutes do not count down no matter what program I select. I've tried what was suggested over the customer service line..plug out for 2 hours..then press start/pause button for a few seconds while dial on on/off position. Didn't work so any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
