My model no. Is C50GKWF, it has a small duel cooker?

The grill will light but I cannot get it to stay on even if I hold the gas on for 30 secs or so. Can you help ?

Either the thermocouple has failed, has a poor connection or the flame isn't playing properly on the sensing end.
