Info to fix a Tecumseh engine?

I have picked up an old pressure washer a lavor thermic 3s. The engine started but the kept surging so I have decided to strip the carb clean it etc. The engine is a Tecumseh Vantage 35 has anyone got a manual for this engine as I need to see if the governer and carb are correctly connected. Any help appreciated
