Erbauer cordless hammer drill ECD18-Li2?

I have an erbauer cordless hammer drill. The drill bit is stuck in the chuck. Reverse and hold doesn't work as it appears the clutch holding it has tightened too much. I now have a 12mm drill stuck in the drill.
