How to make Kundo Space Timer alarm work accurately?

We have a Kundo Space timer Silent Comfort Alarm, radio controlled clock. The alarm does not work - it always rings at the wrong time. ie. alarm set for 9.30am and it rang at 11.40am. How can I correct it please?
