Reset alarm without knowing code?

we've moved into a house with a 3651 alarm but do not know the alarm code to set it. how do we reset it and put new code in?

Find a manual for your model by searching. There should be away to reset it back to factory state.

You will need to identify the make and model first. Then you should be able to look up how to do a factory reset.
