Unbalanced washing machine?

simpson encore 556 washing machine , is getting unbalanced constantly in the spin cycle , but the clothes are very wet as if not draining properly? what do i need to check?

Check the drain pump is running and that it is clear (see manual).
Check the drain hose isn't kinked
