How can I fix it?

My St ford mondeo car alarm has been going off and do not know why. Cos I'm not a car person that knows much about cars and it's going of like 3.34am in the morning but can I do to stop it.

I had the same problem it was the bonnet sensor as a lot of muck is slung at it when driving, get a unit from the scrap dealer
