2005 Hyundai Elantra; passenger visor mirror/holder fell off, can I super glue it back on or is there a specific adhesive that must be used?

Same happened to my 2005 Elantra GT, but the drivers side. The whole mirror unit holder fell out. On the back was some sort of wavy tan thick adhesive that had lines in it like if you were attaching floor tiles. What type of adhesive do I use to reattach it?
