It depends where the expansion vessel is in the boiler. Is it within the main chamber or at the rear..?
If you can easily see it (generally red) and its within the main chamber then straight forward.
If it is at the back of the main chamber and can only be seen from looking down from on top then very difficult. Generally, we leave them and cut in a new one.
