Washer filter won't tighten IWC 71252?

Hi, I took my filter out of washer to clean and when I put it back in it would turn but not tighten then I put a load on and it leaked alot from this area?! Please help! Indesit IWC 71252

There's probably a rubber sealing ring. Is this split or missing or displaced?
