Freezer not working APP 6403 (integrated?

I have an integrated freezer - APP 6403 which I turned off to defrost. I have turned it back on but it's not getting cold. The warning button is on (to indicate not cold enough) and I have pressed to super freeze button to no avail. It was working before I turned it off....
