Macdee Metro 3 Part Toilet Syphon?

Can someone help I have a broken Macdee Metro 3 Part Syphon its only the Plunger/Piston thats broken is there anywhere you can get this part as a separate spare part ?

They're only fifteen quid complete. You'd likely pay nearly that much for a spare part - if they were available, which I don't think is the case.
