i would say there is 0% chance of this game being playable.
it may be a legal gray area, but you can probably rent a copy and make a back up. do a google search for "ps2 copy". of course, you will need to alter your ps2 to be able to play the backup. if you do make a copy, keep the original (broken) disc so you have proof that you are not illicitly copying gaes, but are using it as a backup.
maybe also you could write to the game's publisher and see if you can exchange the broken one for a good one. good luc.
