Hello there, I have a microwave Russell Hobbs - HOB CT/AL30, the motor stopped turning in the microwave however I have removed it tested it, and it's working normally. What internal part could it be that's not powering the motor on? Please note that the light bulb is not working either. Apart from that everything is normal.

Reading a bit further: I think there may be a plastic coupler between motor and turntable. If that has failed the motor may be turning but not driving the turntable.

Thank for your reply, but would changing the bulb make the motor start working as well? In fact I don't care about the bulb itself.
