How can I fix my Worcester 24CDi Boiler's low pressure?

I have a Worcester 24CDi and it is very low pressure (0.1-0.2). The central heating is not working but hot water etc is. Radiators are completely off. I recently had it unpowered due to a power cut for about 12 hours or more so maybe the settings have reset or something?
How do I fix this issue? What are the easiest methods? I have researched how to repressurise, but I do not see hose to connect the valves, nor anything else I recognise.
