Delonghi Magnifica Bean to Cup machine?

The drip tray is stuck in the machine. The red warning sign is on. Tried to force a reset by switching off and on at the wall but no buttons are active. Just the warning symbol. Tried wiggling the tray out. It’s not budging. Any ideas?
